Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Reconcile bank statements, monitor account balances, and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and address financial queries.
