Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor account balances to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, on a regular basis.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
