Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record-Keeping: Record and organize financial transactions, including income, expenses, and invoices, in accordance with established accounting principles.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ledger Maintenance: Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, including journal entries, adjustments, and corrections.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying payments, and ensuring timely disbursements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial record-keeping role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
