We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our construction team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Responsibilities:
- Study and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to understand construction requirements.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials according to project specifications.
- Assemble and install structures, including walls, floors, doors, windows, and cabinetry.
- Construct and set up framework for buildings, ensuring they are level, plumb, and square.
- Install fixtures, such as cabinets, shelves, and moldings, with precision and attention to detail.
- Repair and renovate existing structures, including fixing damaged woodwork and replacing defective parts.
- Inspect and maintain carpentry tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they are in good working condition.
