Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, reports, and progress updates.
- Client Satisfaction: Foster strong client relationships by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
