Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus, estimate food requirements, and manage inventory.
  • Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures and safety regulations.

  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
