Responsibilities:

  1. Roof Installation:
    • Install flat and low-slope roofing systems using various materials, including built-up roofing (BUR), modified bitumen, EPDM rubber, TPO, PVC, and asphalt.
  2. Roof Inspection and Repairs:
    • Conduct regular roof inspections to identify and address issues such as leaks, punctures, or deteriorating roofing materials.
    • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and functionality of flat roofs.
  3. Material Selection and Application:
