Responsibilities:
- Roof Installation:
- Install flat and low-slope roofing systems using various materials, including built-up roofing (BUR), modified bitumen, EPDM rubber, TPO, PVC, and asphalt.
- Roof Inspection and Repairs:
- Conduct regular roof inspections to identify and address issues such as leaks, punctures, or deteriorating roofing materials.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and functionality of flat roofs.
- Material Selection and Application:
- Select appropriate roofing materials based on factors such as climate, building design, and budget.
- Apply roofing materials using industry-standard techniques to create a durable and watertight seal.
- Drainage System Installation:
- Install drainage systems, including scuppers and internal drains, to ensure proper water runoff and prevent ponding on flat roofs.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols for working at heights and handling roofing materials.
- Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure a secure work environment.
- Coordination with Team:
