Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure a cohesive team dynamic.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food is prepared, cooked, and served according to established quality and safety standards. Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders for food and supplies as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests. Oversee staff interactions with customers to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules, taking into account peak dining times, staff availability, and labor budget.
- Training: Train new employees, ensuring they are familiar with food preparation, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Menu Compliance: Ensure menu items are prepared and presented in accordance with recipes and pricing. Collaborate with management on menu planning and pricing adjustments.
- Shift Coordination: Oversee the smooth operation of shifts, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure staff adheres to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on inventory, staff performance, customer feedback, and other relevant operational aspects.

Qualifications:
