Responsibilities:

  1. Field Preparation and Planting:
    • Prepare fields for planting by plowing, tilling, and fertilizing.
    • Assist in planting seeds using appropriate machinery and equipment.
  2. Crop Maintenance:
    • Monitor crop health and growth, identifying and addressing issues such as pests or diseases.
    • Perform weed control activities and apply fertilizers as needed.
  3. Machinery Operation:
    • Operate tractors, plows, seeders, and other farm machinery safely and efficiently.
