Responsibilities:
- Field Preparation and Planting:
- Prepare fields for planting by plowing, tilling, and fertilizing.
- Assist in planting seeds using appropriate machinery and equipment.

- Monitor crop health and growth, identifying and addressing issues such as pests or diseases.
- Perform weed control activities and apply fertilizers as needed.
- Machinery Operation:
- Operate tractors, plows, seeders, and other farm machinery safely and efficiently.
