Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, respecting their dignity and independence.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as required.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Accompany clients to appointments, run errands, and facilitate outdoor activities, if needed.
