Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, cleaners, and laundry personnel.
- Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
- Train new employees on housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of cleaning equipment and products.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely room turnovers, laundry services, and guest requests are fulfilled.
