Responsibilities:

Food Preparation Assistance:

  • Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits for use in food preparation.
  • Assist in marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients for cooking.
  • Prepare simple dishes and appetizers under the guidance of experienced cooks.

Kitchen Cleanliness and Organization:

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils.
  • Sweep and mop floors, and remove kitchen garbage to maintain cleanliness.

Stocking and Replenishing:

  • Restock ingredients and supplies in designated storage areas.
