Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, tests, and procedures, utilizing electronic scheduling systems.
  • Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Handle incoming calls, route inquiries to appropriate personnel, and respond to patient inquiries or concerns.
  • Process billing, insurance forms, and assist patients with billing inquiries or payment arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
  • Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks, such as preparing medical reports or correspondence.

Qualifications and Skills:
