- Harvesting Mushrooms:
- Inspecting mushroom beds or natural habitats to identify ripe mushrooms ready for picking.
- Using tools such as knives or shears to carefully cut or remove mushrooms from their growing substrate or forest floor.
- Handling mushrooms delicately to avoid damage or bruising, which can affect quality and shelf life.
- Sorting harvested mushrooms based on size, variety, and quality criteria.
- Quality Control:
