Responsibilities:

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks, holes, and imperfections to ensure smooth and even application of paint.
    • Remove old paint, rust, or debris from surfaces using scrapers, sandblasters, or chemical solvents as necessary.
  2. Painting Operations:
    • Select and mix paints, stains, or varnishes to match colors and finishes specified by clients, architects, or designers.
    • Apply paints and coatings to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, ensuring proper coverage, thickness, and texture according to project requirements.
  3. Finish Application:
    • Apply decorative finishes such as stencils, faux finishes, or textured coatings to walls, ceilings, or furniture to create visual effects or mimic natural materials.
    • Seal and protect surfaces with clear coats, sealants, or waterproofing materials to enhance durability and resistance to weather, moisture, or UV damage.
  4. Equipment Maintenance:
