- Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children in your care.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and educational plans.
- Plan and organize daily schedules, including meals, nap times, and activities.
- Maintain open communication with parents to discuss children’s progress and needs.
- Ensure a clean and child-friendly home environment.
- Supervise and engage children in play, learning, and social activities.
- Create a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for children to thrive.
- Adhere to health, safety, and emergency procedures at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in childcare or a related field is advantageous.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or child development is preferred.
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Patience, compassion, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Background check clearance and references may be required.

- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
