Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales initiatives, set sales targets, and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate product availability on the sales floor while minimizing shrinkage and losses.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and product displays are visually appealing, adhering to company merchandising standards and promotional guidelines.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain store cleanliness, handle opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations to enhance store performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (X years) in a retail supervisory role, demonstrating leadership abilities and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
