Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage sports programs in alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of sports programs, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and execution of activities.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate coaching staff, instructors, and program personnel.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including community organizations and schools, to expand program offerings and partnerships.
  • Manage program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and seek funding opportunities or sponsorships to support initiatives.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, collect feedback, and implement improvements to enhance program quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and policies in all program activities.
  • Represent the organization in sports-related events, meetings, and conferences as a spokesperson and advocate.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, or related field; master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in program development, management, or sports administration.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
